After winning last year's competition with a Mod Motor. Here is to wishing John Kaase and the rest of the Ford camp in this year's challenge. Kaase will be entering a 409 ci based off the Boss 429. Good luck tomorrow, best of wishes.

Wasn't last year basically the only year they allowed the mod motors?

All of the engines last year were incredible, but pretty cool the top 3 were mod motors.

Last year was the first and will be the only year. It was refreshing on just how stock the Mod Motor Fords were. Very little in the way of a aftermarket bailout....the competition cannot say the same.
