Engine drops below 500 rpm

Hey guys, so I have been having a problem where my engine sounds like it is about to die whenever I put it in park. It doesn’t happen all the time, but lately its been doing it more. It sounds like it is about to die and drop below 500 rpms then pick itself back up to idling point. I am not sure what the reason is so hopefully ya’ll can give me some ideas as to what the issue is?

What modifications have u done. It sounds like a vacuum leak or malfunctioning throttle

If it's doing it consistently just take it in to ford.
