2016 GT M6.
When the engine is stone cold, there is a clatter between 2k rpm and roughly 3k+ rpm. Sounds like dry lifters or a dry timing tensioner or cam adjuster. It only makes noise when there is a load, even a very slight load. For example, light enough load to raise the RPM in neutral, but once the rpm equilibrates it stops, apply a tiny bit more throttle and it starts again - until it equilibrates or the rpm gets high enough. Also, as the oil temperature comes up the rpm where is the noise starts increases, until the oil is warm enough that the noise stops altogether.
Any ideas or similar experiences?
