Just got these pro kit springs on and the rear makes a creaking noise when going over bumps. And now the tires sit funny. I go for an all wheel allignment in 1 week after the springs settle. Do i need spacers now? The bottom of the tires sit out more than the top and the fronts dont match up with the fender lip.

Sounds like you are running more negative camber than before. Do you have the specs from your alignment?

No alignment yet. They said drive it a week till the springs settle. The creaking noise is only at low speeds over bumps from the driver rear

I have did springs and have a bit of creaking in the back while cold, usually goes away when warm, Barely hear it now after my Exhaust so don't worry about it anymore.
When you lower just about any car with independent suspension you will gain some negative camber. you will need camber bolts to get the front back to factory spec, I kind of like it so will be leaving it.

I haven't seen any change in my fronts after doing mine. The rears have a noticeable camber now though. I kinda like it.

Did you add sway bars too? Or just springs..?
Was the suspension pre-loaded before all the bolts were torqued?
Mustang shop do the work, or.......?
It really shouldn't squeak..
