Can anyone in Europe post a video of how the factory tail lights look under different modes of operation? I know the European models have amber turn signals, but I don't know how they look and function versus the US market. I've tried searching but all I seem to find is aftermarket "euro" lights.

Another question, how hard is it to put factory European spec tails on a US market car?

I can't make a video, as I've replaced mine, but I can tell you how they work.
- tail lights: all three bars light up in red
- brakes: the innermost two bars light up in red in high intensity. If the tail lights happen to be on at the time, then the outermost bar remains lit in red in low intensity, while the other two bars switch to high intensity.
- turn signal: the outermost bar blinks in amber. If the tail lights are off at the time, then the blink sequence is amber/off/amber/off/etc. If the tail lights are on, then the blink sequence is amber/low intensity red/amber/low intensity red/etc.

This video is for multi mode tail lights but does show the default EDM sequencing as the default position:
