Headers, intake, tune would get this done. Any FI will greatly surpass it. If you just want 25-30% increase stay NA and work with a good tuner.Like I said on post one, non-racer here. More power leads to the snow ball effect of upgrades and eventual part failure in my experience.
Here's what bothers me; I lose 15% living at 5000 ft, so NA kind of sux. Also lose another 15% with the drivetrain, so I want at least 30% back.
FI is the only way to do that, right?
I know some think warranties aren't worth the paper they are printed on...
If you don't care about warranty, you can do what Steve said and get around 100 hp (headers, intake, exhaust, custom tune).I've not seen over 100hp done with just NA bolt-ons...did I miss something here?
My car had the vibe issue from day 1 (see my posts in the big vibe thread for all the stuff they have done so far).^This
So Mike, when did the vibe issue come up. There a long thread on this and it also bothers me.
I'm thinking maybe start completely stock to allow such things to happen before adding FI vs. doing it right away.
