I just want to see what Ford Racing will offer before I make any decision. I'm a DD and would like to keep some kind of warranty!

I can vouche for Cobb. Used their parts on a lot of my cars. Very high quality.

Thanks! Do you guys do adjustments / revisions?
Yup Livernois does email revisions for additional mods or special requests.

On a side note the Livernois tune barely deviates from stock boost levels. I believe they said 2-3%

Be curious to see how a canned tune like these will perform against a dyno tune on a car with just a cold air kit. Thinking once you get more mods the difference would be huge not sure it would be worth it with just a simple mood like a cai.

If you're not too far away from them most of tuners doing canned tunes also offer dyno tuning

if you are gonna tune a turbo you are not gonna stop at a CAI. plan on a intercooler also at a bare minimum ;)

i have the Cobb OTS tune as well as MAPerformance tune. Use them for daily driving and autox. The only issue i have is too much torque :) Had to use a less torque inducing map slot during my last autox #firstworldproblems

Ya I don't see myself stopping with just a CAI. I have a local guy that will dyno tune the car but pretty sure that is going to be a big jump in price vs going with one of the tunes talked about in this thread. With just a CAI not sure it is worth it. I know it would be necessary if I ever went with a aftermarket turbo. Big question is it is worth it now or should I stick with one of these "canned" tunes. One thing I like with the "canned" tunes is these quys have there own ecoboost car that they develop on.

Tune > FMIC > Downpipe. Those are the first three mods you should do. I'd do a cat-back and then intake after those three. The stock airbox flows pretty well, especially with an upgraded panel filter.

ABSOLUTELY! We offer custom remote tune revisions for any updating to the base calibration that we do on our end as well as revisions for most mods that you do on your end!

Finally pulled the Trigger and went with the CAI and Tune from Bama. Looking forward to getting my JLT intake and tuner from American Muscle. Alex was awesome and had great gains from the Bama tune I had on my 2006 and great support. Going to have the car dyno tuned by Modern Muscle as well so when I do future mods I can bring the car back and have them update the tune. Thanks to all in this thread that answered all my questions.

Ya looking forward to it. Having the custom tune done by a shop called Modern Muscle. Brad has great reviews so looking forward to seeing what they can do with my car. Going to have the Bama Tune as well to compare to. Bama tune was awesome when I put it on my 2006 so can't wait to see what they do with the ecoboost.

I have had some tuning experience with a couple of tuners so far for my Ecoboost Mustang.

I have liked Adam's assistance and tune that he gave me via e-tune. MAPerfomance and Adam have been great about getting back to me in a timely manner and sending back updates to the tune to where Adam confirms it should be safe.

I will be getting a Dyno of both Adam's tune and another tune that I was not satisfied with and will post here either this Saturday or Sunday. I should be getting on the Dyno at 9am unless I get rained out because it is Texas. I will then give a full review of both tunes and service provided at that time.

Awesome I can't wait to hear how you like the Dyno tune vs the "canned" tune. Decision is hard because lots of great tuners out there for these cars. I only hear great things about Adam also so sure he is going to take great care of you too.
