So why cobb over sct? I ask because I used bama and sct on my 2006? Sure Lisa has changed since then though...
They are the company that makes the hardware.

To be clear, COBB does no tuning. They are the company that makes the hardware. Then you pay whoever provides tuning services.
You are wrong. They provide off the shelf tunes in stages that are designed for their own parts (that they actually build) but will work with other tuners' parts as well. Furthermore they aren't the only ones that can write tunes for their device and most vendors include their own tunes if you buy the AP from them.

The AP offers on the fly map changing, launch control, and flat foot shifting. Those are just a couple examples of things the AP will do that the other Ecoboost tuning devices won't. I'm sure MAP, Cobb, or another vendor or user that uses the AP can chime in and add more.

You guys are getting impressive numbers with Just a tune :) That is crazy especially not blowing anything up :) Will the Cold air intake add much performance wise over just the tune?

Thank you! Due to the fact that the EB is a speed density intake system there is not a ton of power that will be gained by adding a CAI. You will see 15whp at most, even from a tune required CAI. You will get greater efficiency and responsiveness from a CAI vs power.

I watched the tune only 12.6 again for the 10th time probably. Very impressive and what i want out of the car. However iam confused on the dyno graph at the end.327hp-427tq. But when I look at the dyno for the tune it's 317-359? So Livernois what's the car run on the 317-359 tune, the tune i'll actually get? From another thread per you 327/427 isn't safe to run for a dd.So those numbers arent what ill get.Not busting your balls just curious:shrug:

I've asked about that before too, but I don't remember the answer. I actually posted the graphs and asked, but point blank so everyone is clear:

If we order the 93 tune straight from the website, do we get 317/359 or 327/427?

If the website 93 tune is the 317/359, then where did the 327/427 come from?

Is the 327/427 the race gas tune? It would seem so, but let's just lay it all out so it's clear moving forward.

I think i remember reading they said that the 12.6 pass was the 327/427 tune with drag radials and race fuel. They stated that tune would never see a customer car.

Hmm I think that is what they said about the 12.19 run and then for the 11.8 they just removed the passenger seat

Ah okay. I forgot about the 12.1 run. What power were they making with that run?
