We wanted to let the forum members know that we are releasing a revision to our calibrations for the EcoBoost Mustang variants.
Firstly, we would like to thank Speedprotege for donating his car to us for a couple days.
We had received reports that a very small percentage of our clients were experiencing some anomalies with their cars in more aggressive driving applications. As with any customer concern, we went straight to work to be able to identify the source of these anomalies, and correct them. Several changes that we were able to make that will benefit both the manual and auto car owners.
There were several things that were addressed in changes that we made:
We addressed the high rev lag between auto shifts.
WOT Shifts are dramatically improved on manual cars for better ET's
More consistent WOT boost
Better throttle mapping in both variants.
Better boost mapping in the manual variant.
Better Shifts on Auto
As with all vehicles we support, we will continue looking for new performance enhancements and release them free of charge to our customers. So keep an eye out for these types of announcements in the future as we continue to perfect this platform.
