Ecoboost PP and GT PP spring rates the same?

This is probably very well known and I'm probably missing something, but for the life of me I cannot find any definitive confirmation anywhere, so I figured I'd ask:
Are GT PP and Ecoboost PP spring rates the same?
Is the strut/shock valving the same?

I know for a fact that on my 2016 Eco PP, that the front struts are the same as the GT PP, but the rear shocks appear to bethe same as a regular GT. The springs I did not research. Got my info by reading and comparing photos from a bunch of forum members selling their suspension parts. Ford part numbering system is confusing as hell, as you know the part numbers online does not match whats on the part label. But I'm sure the experts will tell you otherwise.
