Ecoboost mustang problem?

I’ve been driving my car for a while, and noticed that I’ve actually never gotten over 10 psi boost... is that normal for stock EB’s? I plan on a tune and intercooler upgrade on the 20th, I know that will help. I’m now concerned about breaking my warranty though. Should I get my car checked before installation, to see if my turbo is or something is messing up? I run 93 octane from BP exclusively, so is it normal for lack of boost while running stock everything??

That seems low. If I remember correctly my 2015 ecoboost would show somewhere close to the 18-20 range
