If its the same ddm from the bmw community, the parts are all knockoffs of some really really pricey stuff. They are incredible copies, but that just doesn't sit right with me. Lots of guys swear by them though. I cant check the link at work.

I know for a fact that Solo Performance is the real deal. Others may be knocking off Solos product, but they are the best quality money can buy.

Exterior sound clip of the new exhaust. I must admit, I'm very happy and pleased with the sound of the car now. The new exhaust is a lot better than I thought it would be. Plus the price was unbeatable!

This sounds freakin' phenomenal! How did you hook up with this? I googled "solo performance" and found nothing that was even vaguely relevant.

Went into a exhaust shop looking to delete the resonator and put on a Y-pipe. The owner asked what I ultimately wanted to do, then suggested the mufflers. Their Magnaflow #10415 mufflers. Summit racing has them them for $72 each. I paid $500 total for all the pieces and the install. I'll try and make a drive by video tomorrow.

Wow I love the crackles when you let off the gas. Doing something custom like this at an exhaust shop makes me a little nervous though because you don't know how it's gonna turn out. Even if you tell them exactly what you want I feel like everybody does it a little differently. Still like Cobb the best but I don't know when they'll finally release it.
