Anyone in south florida know if the E85 we're getting from our stations are actually E85? or is it closer to say E70?

Get a tester and test it. Nobody can tell you what each station will be like. They are fairly cheap and it's easy to test :)

Once you get the result, the station should remain pretty consistent.

I would buy a tester or look for any stickers. For example, Propel E85 here is minimum 70% while I have seen some offbrands with no sticker and are low 60's.
