I finally broke the car in and wanted to see what kinda of numbers it puts down on a Dyno. Stock Roush tune Phase 1 only mods I have is a MBRP cat back. Did 2 pulls on a Dynojet first pull was in 4th gear (wrong gear) @ 6800rpm second pull was 5th gear right after ( a little heat soak?) also @ 6800rpm. She put down 600RWHP couldnhave pushed it a little more. I'm very happy with the result. What do you guys think?

That's a great dyno for a Phase 1. Usually you hear Roush people going to the Phase 2 right away or a custom tune to pick up more power due to a disappointing Phase 1. You seem to not have that problem.

Any future 1/4 miles tests or is this strictly a street car?

Very solid numbers for the phase 1 package. It's what I'm running currently and you're right the car does feel strong! Good luck trying to launch it though let me tell ya, unless you switch to drag radials lol

bobbyh No Phase 2 it will void my warranty. If I don't care for my warranty I'll be doing a custom tune/pulley but it really pulls strong. Car is 99% street will take to track just to put down some numbers

Very cool.

The big local Ford dealer is Roush authorized, I chatted up the guys in service one day, they'd cut me a solid deal on the parts and install. Knowing it's an effective FI setup, even in Stage 1, and the price and convenience makes this _very_ interesting. Plus I love how OEM it looks.

Plus-plus, 93 is readily available here in the FL. :)

Was this dealer installed or an indie shop?

I had Ford install everything. I might have save a little going somewhere else but my dealer is Mod friendly plus they know the car and they did all the extended warranty with Roush for me. Cool experience

I'm running the same setup on 93 octane. Really good numbers! A couple of questions - I like that spoiler, is that the Ford racing one? I know nothing about dyno's, why run in one gear vs another?

Seems like a fair amount of negativity re: Roush P1, I couldn't be happier with the performance and driveability. Prior car was a 2012 GT500 and mine runs like a stocker, only faster.

Congrats!

In the PP car, the 373 gears will pull the best numbers in 5th gear. That's the gear that is truly 1 to 1 (or very close to it). I believe folks with 331's would typically run the dyno in 4th gear.
