So you are saying that the vibration was caused by a loose pinion flange adapter, also I'm curious about this clocking the driveshaft. Does the stock driveshaft have any marks on it to indicate its installation position and if so would it cause a vibration if not clocked correctly, or is it simply the 1 piece design of the aftermarket shaft is more sensitive.
I added pics and explanations. Yes the main vibration was the pinion flange adapter that needed the bolts I described. I am sure DSS supplies them when you buy it from them.

Stock flanges do not have marks. The DSS driveshaft is balanced in house. You have to play a little guessing game with the clocking to see where the driveshaft best fits the harmonics of the stock drivetrain after you put it in. Only way to know.

Did your DSS DS come with a painted line for flanges and adapters? Mine did and had no viberation issues so far.
Yes but with the rear flange screwed up it didn't help.

With that fixed the shaft is back to the DSS marks. However, I am trying to fix this slight vibration at 100+ and I need to clock the rear 180 to see if that fixes it.

If you get all the hardware it isn't a problem. :D
Lol,I said that because I think.this is one of my next mods, and was looking around in the classifieds, like u the money for the bolts would not have been a big deal but all that extra time and chasing your tail,I know in your mind u was choking him out lol.I have heard good things from the Shafts Masters and will probably give them a shot.

Which is why I didn’t go DSS on my GT350.

I hated it on my EB and my Evo.

Qa1 seems to be the way.
Same reason why I went with the QA1 on my GT.
