so you have a RHD vehicle?
I'm in Australia. We drive on Left side of the road with driver on right. I don't have a rhd mustang as of yet! My 67 is LHD so it is harder to drive for me!

Right hand on top of the wheel and left arm on window sill, or left index finger on 9:00 wheel spoke and right arm on center console arm rest. Tuck my left leg so my knee is against the door and my foot is against the center console, rest my right heel on the floorboard, pivot my right toe against the gas pedal. Always do the "pretend there's an egg between your shoe and the gas pedal" thing so all throttle inputs are gentle and linear.
the egg idea is a good one. ive heard that somewhere before....
ive also started rolling on the throttle like some of you had suggested. less wheel hop and the car is more fun to drive.

also went on some back roads where I know no one drives and practiced heel to. its harder then I thought. clutch in, brake, down shift, still brake, revv match, clutch out, still braking...throttle out of turn. phew. need more practice.
