I bought a 2017 Mustang coupe a month ago and from the very first day the driver-side window was making a bit of a "rattling" sound. But it's not exactly a rattle, more like the glass is loose and moving around and knocking against the rubber.
It happens at all speeds as long as the road is not perfectly smooth, or if there is a lot of wind. It didn't bother me much initially, but it got a lot worse today.
Has anyone dealt with this?
Also, I apologize for this dumb second question, but can I just take it into a Ford dealer for warranty repairs or do I need some kind of authorization from Ford customer service?
