Strange noise driver side window down

Ever since I bought my GT a few weeks ago I have noticed a strange noise with the windows down. It seems like wind noise at times, but then other times I think it sounds like a scraping sound...almost like brake scrubbing but it doesn't change when the brakes are applied so I don't think it's brakes. It also doesn't see to change when turning or putting force on one wheel so I'm not sure it's a wheel bearing noise either. I seem to notice it mostly above 40mph (another reason I'm thinking wind noise.) Maybe air moving past an odd shaped body line or seam?

Has anyone else noticed this and what did you do to fix it? I love riding with my windows down but this is driving me nuts! It's not loud but it is very annoying at times!
