That is the PCV valve cover fitting.
Just push it into the valve cover and turn it clockwise to tighten. You will feel it "pop" in the valve cover and then just a small turn clockwise and it will tighten into place. Don't tighten too much or you'll break the clip. You'll feel it stop when it's fully in. I'd say it's about 1/4 turn, maybe a little more. Take the hose off it first.
