Driver side arm rest squeak?

How did you get the white, translucent plastic shell off of the door panel? I see a piece, that has tabs, to where I might put some fabric in, but I can't figure out how to get in it without damaging that big white plastic piece.

I didn't remove the white plastic piece.

Ok, so where did you put the foam inside the door and how did you get it between part 237A04A (the white plastic piece, which is green and top left of image) and the door panel (purple, part 6323943)? If you didn't put it in between those parts, where did you put it?
