I purchased a set of 18x5" Forgestars for the front, and 17x10.5 for the back. The ET Street R 305/45/17 is a 28" tire but the most common 18" skinny is 26x6x18.

Am I going to have any ABS issues with the front and rear tires rotating at different speeds?

No problem here... My drag set up is 28" out back, 26" up front. I drive around a bit with the fronts still on and my daily 20s which are 28" tall.
