Door arm rest pad?

Anyone make armrest pads that you can lay over the arm rests on the doors? Something wrapped in alcantara would be nice.

I'm noticing when resting my elbow on there now I'm constantly leaving an impression and I'm pretty sure its going to eventually wear it out.
