Fix for Creaky Door Armrest?

Looks like you had a rattle? Mine creaks when I push on it
I had a rattle and the arm rest creaked too. Those vertical locking tabs on the underside of the armrest were the culprit. I hot glued them so they wouldn't flex. You can also use epoxy or JB Weld.
Take the door panel off and you will see. They are not holding the armrest securely enough.

What exactly do you mean by hot gluing them? You just placed it around the base of the clip for additional support?

Yes. Press down on the arm rest from the finished side and glue all around the tabs on the back side. Keep holding until the glue sets up. Creaking should be gone.
