so it seems I can't buy any Motorcraft parts from rockauto because:

Part #nr cannot ship to the EU or the UK because we do not have documentation from MOTORCRAFT about Russian steel content. Please choose a different brand

I'm sure the russian economy is suffering immensely because they can no longer sell that 3 grams of steel in a set of spark plugs
That and the fact they can no longer buy Kerrygold
