D Plan, from what i hear, isn't really that much more different than X Plan.
D-plan is roughly 4% less than X-plan. On a $40K car, that's about a $1600 savings vs an already nicely discounted price.

No I thought that I would get x-plan and I would get some sort of an additional discount for being a Costco member also. Like x-plan price minus something like 50-1000 bucks off for Costco membership as well. Thought it would be worth something not just use one or the other. I guess I'm  Maybe I need to work nights and weekends at a ford dealer for a couple weeks and get D plan.
X-plan is a price. Costco pricing is a price. Both are based on math vs the invoice total. Neither are "discounts" so-to-speak, like a rebate, which is why they aren't stackable.

I have X-plan available to me but I never use it because I've always been able to get cars cheaper without it. I have the exact same car (Premium GT with PP) and got it for $358 under invoice plus the $500 rebate.

yep agreed like i stated before, i got a 500 below invoice pricing plus 500 black friday rebate through the dealership, no x-plan. x-plan at the time was 500 above invoice.

So we have some people able to stack offers and some say it isn't possible. I guess it's going to depend on the dealer if they will combine them and I can't see many doing that.

I do FNI for a Ford dealer and D plan is a lot lower then invoice Take for example my car GT 401a, performance package, navigation, premier seats MSRP 42405 ,invoice 39904.37, xplan 40019.50 d plan 38199.37 that's 1705 behind invoice def more then couple hundred. The only better price then that is AZ plan for corporate ford employees. Hope that helped.

ooo and you can not combine different pricing, rebates yes pricing no you pick the lowest one and go with it if Costco is lower then X plan then that is the one to go with. So if Costco price is 30,000 say for example sakes its 30,000 add tax motor vehicle, Doc then - rebates at the end because it is not a tax savings.

You can't combine things like X-plan, D-Plan, and Costco buying structures. You can combine any one of those with the factory rebates and cash back offers. Those are totally different.
