Does this differential look normal

I was checking under the car and spotted what looks like small cable wires sticking out from the diff. anyone have ideas and should i be worried.
17 gt manual 3.55 gear ratio

Prolly just a piece of like RTV silicone. Just reach under n grab it. Nothing wrong with ur car.
