Do you brush first or floss first?

We're actually pretty on it with dental care, heck, when I actually worked at an office (like 20+ years ago ...) I'd brush my teeth after lunch (I still do, but it's not a big deal at home)

We use a Waterpik Sonic Fusion, and floss, and hit up the dentist 3-4 times a year for cleaning.

Teeth are one of those things where a little care goes a long way and you do NOT want to get fucked up teeth - beyond being some nasty shit, it's painful AND expensive to correct after-the-fact.

You got that right, I’ve practiced good oral hygiene my whole life but something weird happened. About a year ago several of my teeth started turning black at the gum line. Only thing the dentist could come up with is I have a dry mouth and that can cause all kinds of problems. In April I decided to have all my teeth pulled and replaced with implants. $50k later I have some damn pretty teeth, my teeth were always nice and straight. The procedure wasn’t much fun and a liquid diet for a couple months was no walk in the park either.
