Do wide front tires (20x10| 285s, etc) effect turning radius?

I remember when I went from a 00 GT to a 03 Cobra, the wider front tires made a impact on the ability to turn the car car as tightly.

Running 10" wide fronts on the 2015 look awesome, but I was curious if the have a negative effect on the ability to turn
