2020 Ecoboost High Performance Package, so 255/40-19 (27" tall) tire and 3.55 rear gear. In 5th at 2,000 rpm, speedo reads 45 mph. Every online calculator I've used says that's a 1:1 fifth gear.
I know that starting in 2018, the new MT82-D4 was supposed to be the standard trans across the board in US-spec Mustangs, but it appears I have a single-overdrive MT82, and according to Ford's 2020 spec sheet, the HPP is supposed to get the same D4 as every other EcoBoost and GT. I'm not complaining, as I much prefer the close-ratio, single-overdrive setup. But, I'm curious as to whether my car's a freak, or if the spec sheet is wrong.
