So far no issues and it rained two days later and no issues. I went to their location since it was close. They asked me to inspect the glass before they installed. We're very professional.

The new windshield is installed and it's the exact same one. From a customer service standpoint, Safelite is awesome. I got an email reminder about my appointment this morning that had a picture and profile of the person that would be installing the windshield. The installer was right on time at my office and did a great job making sure the car was as clean when he finished as when he started.

I haven't had any yet, but with the crappy roads here in Louisiana...it's just a matter of time!

Unfortunately rock chips and broken windshield are all to common here in Arizona. However most insurance policies have glass coverage included. #ArizonaProblems

The Pony was on preproduction cars like the one they trained us on. Those cars had no Ford logos on the outside.
