It is an upgrade. It is called active valve exhaust. Cost is like $995.

Just those that have the "Active Exhaust" option. Don't believe it's the part of any of the packages - stand alone option.

ok thanks. yikes. so the 2018 base GT with PP1 is pretty loud then ha! i don't see it listed as an option.

Mine is base and does not have any adjustments. I like the sound as it is and would not change it at all.

i LOVE the frickin sound! it seems way better than the 2016 GT PP1 i had. the 2013 with gt500 axel backs was AWESOME but i like this better! except that i'm worried about neighbors in my condo and house with kids right behind me when i start it up early in the AM to go to work. but man, when i started this at the dealer yesterday when i picked it up, i tingled!

$895, and IMHO well worth every penny. Put the car in sport mode along with the exhaust, and it will give you a tingle in your special place. I love it........

Mine is not the active. I probably can’t even change it now due t the fact it’s a base with pp1 package only. No sport mode comfort mode etc. just sport steering normal steering and comfort steering.

Anyway, I’ll just leave my garage door closed for a minute when I fire it up in the morning
