Diode Dynamics Switchbacks Installed

Finally got around to ordering the DD switchbacks and side marker bulbs. I would say overall I'm happy but not blown away like I thought I would be. The first thing I noticed is that they are pretty awesome! But the more I looked at them the more I got disappointed. The side marker bulbs do not do a very good job of filling the lens. You can clearly see the bulb within the housing. Then I noticed how badly of a color mismatch they are with the headlights and the 3 accent LEDs. I expected there to be a mismatch with the headlights since they are LEDs but I did not expect them to look so much different from the accent lights. With that being said, has anybody purchased/installed the DD drl LED RGBW kit for the headlights? Also curious to see if anyone has swapped the headlights for new DD bulbs (I'm thinking 6000k would be a good match).

I agree, i would buy another set if i can match the headlights and DRL. I would also like it to fill the whole housing without being too bright. Personally i would disconnect those lights if i didn't need the turn signals.

You do know they sell switchbacks in different temps right before you go replacing a bunch of expensive lighting? :shrug:
