Digital dash configuration

I apologize if this has been asked and answered somewhere already but if it has, I can't find it. How do you get this configuration with the digital dash?

I assumed I was the only one who didn't know the answer. Just use the up and down arrows.

Is there any way to adjust the home screen to show climate control? Mine shows radio etc/ phone, and compass. I don't have GPS. I have a '14 Explorere and the display is divided into 4 quadrants which is really useful. My GT Premium only seems to have 3 quadrants.
