I would say if you have them off the car and are planning on E-85 I would move them. I have run a couple tanks through my car with no problems with the SW O2 sensor location. If I had known about the issue I would have changed the sensor location.

I did a lot of research before my headers were installed 3 days ago at the shop. You cannot really do anything except weld the bungs and re locate them and make new bungs. The o2's point slightly down with my SP's so I guess we'll see.

Mine have been good for 7000 miles . I had one go out at 1200 miles . I think it was just a defective sensor from the start .
And you've run e85 regularly for 7K miles?

I've been running E85 with my SP headers for about 12-13k miles. Zero issues.

I've had my SP catless headers on for ~7000 miles with many being E85. Haven't moved my bungs, no problem.

Easier said than done apparently.. My Shop didn't feel "comfortable" relocating the front o2s for whatever reason.. Claimed there wasn't much room to angle them further downward.
