I would like, at some point to change my rear diffuser that I have on my EB PP for a different one, that I am not sure if is the one that comes from the manufacture on the GT or if is the premium only. YOU KNOW, the one with ONE fin. Also, I wonder if that would fit without any issues the EB PP. I am attaching a pic of the one I have and the one I would like to have. Thanks.

The one in the lower photos is used on the PREMIUM trim on BOTH Ecoboost and GT. The one you have is the non-premium and is, again, available on both Ecoboost and GT :)

They are not interchangeable. The base diffuser/rear bumper is one piece and the premium diffuser/bumper is two piece. You'll have to replace your whole rear end.

Also, the black portion on the premium can be removed vs the non premium which cannot. For example, if you have the non premium bumper, you cannot upgrade to a Roush rear valance.

So are there two or three pieces to the Premium? If two, the body painted center is molded into the facia and can't be removed?

In other words, I cannot just replace my regular EB for the premium one unless if I change bumper and all? What a bummer. I'm not looking to spend that at all. Maybe is there a "cheap" aftermarket that can just be fit on mine and I'll have it painted?

Yes you'd have to change the whole thing or look at the thread showing fins for the base bumper.

Do you have by any chance a link to any treads showing that? Thanks a bunch!
