Did Sales slow down on the Bullitt?

Just wondering if the Bullitt Mania has come to a head, have sales slowed down?

I think so. Here in Ca they were asking 10k over msrp. I got mine for way under msrp. Plenty for sales....a bit expensive. But for me a good value!

Yes. Look at the number of new and used for sale and how far the prices have dropped. Auction results my dealer friend showed me are trending downward. What I find curious is the seemingly large umber of low mile examples. All the while the reviews show lots of love. More supply than demand. It won’t improve with 2020’s production.

The overall new car market is on a downward trend. No one has to have a RWD stick shift car, but many want one and then get quickly bored, tired of spending money on a non DD car, etc.
I wonder if people are selling because of a bit of disappointment of the large production numbers.

Perhaps the Recaro or the PP2 wears off quickly. The local roads here in Nj are brutal and require a jock strap and a mouth guard.

On the other hand in the UK these are selling "pre-owned" with delivery miles for more than 10% over list price. With an estimated only 350 coming to the UK it's definitely supply and demand.

Yep....16 for sale at our local dealers in the Vancouver area....all at MSRP...and some have been in the showroom for 7 or more weeks!! Not a big seller in Canada!! (4 are in Black) ....thot these were Collector Pieces??? lol... Mod on!!

Here in Indiana all my local dealers have 1 or 2 that are just sitting and the one is selling it at list. The issue i see is the msrp let alone ADM, is just too close to a gt350 in price IMO for most people. My good friend of mine got his gt350 16 MY for sticker lol. IMO i don’t think ford went far enough with it to get the “holy shit i gotta buy that” like they did with the gt350 and the FPC great marketing lol. Let’s just say the bullitt would of had a 500hp cpc 5.2 in it, then you would of had people fighting over it

My dealer Mountaineer Automotive in Beckley WV has three in stock two DHG and one Shadow Black. I think the early and high ADM's combined with auto sales slow down in general have hurt Bullitt sales.

That too but also it being 50k to start out with doesn’t help. I like the car but damn in some way i think ford missed the mark by not going all out. The 01 car was the same way but it wasn’t 10k more than a base GT either, the 08-09 cars were nothing more than the FRPP performance pack but they also didn’t cost 10k more lol

Just my opinion for 50k it should of had a one off engine

Dealer in West Essex County ( North Jersey) has one with the sticker at around $51,000. Was told they were going to mark it up big time and had a buyer but maybe the deal fell through.

Just did a check of dealers in a 100 mile radius and came up with twenty three Bullitt's including six black ones.
