Did i somehow wire up my ebay grill wrong

It's one of those led drl grilles. The lights only come on at night. What did I wire wrong or is this a forscan thing

Are they hooked up to the daytime running lights? Also, are they the switchback style that also doubles as a turn signal?

Nah not switchback. It's ebay led ones. I replaced some even cheaper ebay ones because they didn't have the grill openings and I used the same wiring but the old ones were on with the key but these only at night. I feel like I messed up something again in forscan (see radio thread)

Where are the lights wired? You're asking if they are wired wrong without explain how they're wired or providing pictures. I'm confused.
