Delivery Date Delayed

Hi Everyone,

I have question about the delivery date in cotus. I checked cotus today and found that may original delivery date had changed from the 15th to 18th. Has this happened to anyone else?

I spoke to the rep at the dealer on Thursday and he said my car should be at the dealer on the 13th, now I'm worried something happened to delay the shipment.

Any ideas? The rep at the dealer won't be back in until Monday.

Yes. This is normal. My delivery date changed 5 times and ultimately arrived 9 days before the ETA.

Delivery date is simply an averange of how long it has been taking for other Mustangs to get to your dealer.

Mine did it too -- went from the 14th to the 19th on Friday. Annoying but from what I've read, normal.

Mine went from Nov 15 to Jan 17 and 6 dates in between.

Idk why but my delivery date has been delayed over 2 months lol so I think I'm just going to get a retail mustang

Considering you ordered your car 1/12 and are already getting it soon I wouldn't even worry about a few days haha

To put it in perspective I ordered in November and I'm also by LA and my car is arriving 2/17. Really don't know how they run things there lol

Wow...That's a long time to wait. I wonder why your order is taking so long. What dealer did you order your car from?

Do you think that Ford is pumping out the ecoboost cars faster than the GT's because that's what their trying to push?

Dealer surprised me today and my car came in! I have no idea how. Original EDD was 2/8. Then it moved to 2/5. Then it went to 2/17. And actual delivered on 2/9 so hey I'm not complaining! Ken grody ford btw.

Congrats! That's great news. I'm wondering if our cars were on the same train. I'm picking up mine from orange county on Friday. My dealer says it arrived at Mira Loma last night. Waiting for a truck to take it to the dealer.
