This is ridiculous! You should take it to another dealer immediately and if you get the same response then, contact ford customer service. If they can't help you then, contact a lemon law lawyer and provide the documentation. They can probably give you the best advice at that point.

I wouldn't recommend doing any modifications to the car, especially a tune. You could void the warranty. Then Ford won't be responsible for fixing your car. I would strongly advise against it and advise you to continue to take your car into the dealer and report that the CEL has come back...

Hey poops, I've got a lot of knowledgable on cars but, if you read my complete post you would see I consulted with another mechanic. Read throughly before you start criticizing. The dealership isn't doing anything more about it. They told me to wait a couple months till Ford feels like fixing it.
