No new updates from FP as of a few minutes ago... basically stated that no '15 GT350s have been scheduled to be shipped out of the plant yet for this week. They're still undergoing internal checks.

The guy I just spoke to said they haven't shipped them yet and there's no real ETA on when they will ship so until they do, they can't give a delivery date... a buddy of mine ordered one of the first hellcat's. He had to wait three months after it was built before his was delivered because of a myriad of issues including shipping...

Anyone with a 16 order, get any info on there car? I'm still being told the 31st for a build date. But don't know if they have backed it up again (haven't called, figured they are sick of hearing from me). Last I heard NO 16's have even been built yet. Anyone have an update on that?

It will be interesting once all of our cars get released as to what mode of transportation that Ford will employ in order to get these early GT350 cars to our dealerships?

Let's all hope whatever issue is holding our cars up get's resolved soon?

In the mean time I am going to do some digging to see if I can obtain some information as to the hold up?

I had a long conversation with a friend in Dearborn this afternoon and he told me that our 2015 cars will not start arriving until mid September at the earliest and my car could be delivered as late as the end of September?

It was also his understanding that the 2015 cars will move out via both rail and OTR.

With these 2015 50th Anniversary Shelby GT350 cars being some of the very last 2015 Mustangs assembled for some reason there is a lot of additional scrutiny on these last built 2015 cars?

Additionally there is a lot of pressure to start producing the 2016 Mustang models as well so obviously that seems to be part of the slowdown?

Ladies (Michelle) and gentlemen we will just have to be patient on this one unfortunately!

I had a long conversation with a friend in Dearborn this afternoon and he told me that our 2015 cars will not start arriving until mid September at the earliest and my car could be delivered as late as the end of September?

It was also his understanding that the 2015 cars will move out via both rail and OTR.

I certainly understand your dilemma as I will be gone on a business trip for 2 weeks in September as well.

Worst case scenario I think that you can trust Tina until you return if it falls into that time frame?

LOL, why are you asking us? What did your friend in Dearborn say? He knows that they'll be late but he doesn't know why?
