What pumps are you boosting? The frequency is a function of the speed at which you're spinning the pumps. Pump noise/whine is normal on high flow pumps. Try jumping the wiring to remove the BAP and see if the pitch drops. I'd say the noise is normal, but it is awfully high pitched, but that's probably a function of the boost.

I'm not sure if this is what you mean, but it is a completely stock fuel system other than injectors. It is a 93 pump gas set up on 10psi so stock fuel pump and just a BAP.
So you're boosting the OE pumps. 18V? 22V?

When you "boost" the pumps and give them more voltage, you're spinning them harder/faster than on 13.6V so the pitch is going to be higher.

I do know on brush style pumps, when they begin to whine more/louder it means they're closer to taking a dump. All fuel pumps whine/hum to a certain degree that's muffled by the fuel, tank, cover, etc.

Have you tried disconnecting the pump booster to see if they whine the same?
