Another vote for Heritage. See Bill Aitken. He's the sales manager and is always a pleasure to deal with. I know several Mustang owners that have bought from him and not one I know of has a negative thing to say about the experience.

I bought 3 Mustangs from Whiteoak Ford last year (2 x 2014 V6s for me and my wife in April then traded mine in for a 2015 GT PP in December).
My experience with the sales person is mixed, he was friendly and easy to deal with after I got his interest (i.e. I'm not just there for kicking tires), but I got average deals at most, nothing very special comparing to the other folks around me.
The service is mixed too, I guess it depends on who you deal with, one of the service adviser have openly lied into my face, but also have other, much better experiences with other ones later, so it's mixed.
I went to Erinwood once for an oil change, no complains, but nothing special.
Note: before the Mustangs I had a Chevy SUV. Chevy Applewood's customer service is by miles ahead than any Ford dealership I visited so far. Not only they have a proper waiting lounge with armchairs, computers, free Wifi, free coffee, etc, but they throw in a complimentary meal, too - nothing fancy a sandwich or a burger, but the treatment is appreciated. Whenever I go to Ford, I feel I'm asking a favor...
