Try Dixie Ford, I got mine through them and they gave me a good trade on a POS winter beater I had $1000 prob was worth 500 max...they also gave me a model die cast of my stang, and "cost price" on winter tires if I want them.

Talk to Richard or Sayeed.

Just make sure you avoid East Court's service department. That dealer has garbage service.
Actually if you speak to Bob who happens to be a service adviser. He will take care of you. When I went there he made sure the best mechanic worked on my car.

Thanks for the kind words!

Always remember, your relationship is not with the dealership itself, but the PERSON that you deal with. Don't paint everyone with the same brush...

I have found that Colony Ford in Brampton will always give you a killer deal, I deal with the sales manager there direct! None of the other dealers could beat the price!
How much you got the Stalion for ? i went to colony order 16 stang P GT PP and most options

Avoid East Court at all costs, i had a very bad experience there...
Care to shed some light on your bad experience? Or should we all just avoid the whole dealership based on your one experience....

You seriously read ALL 3 pages and think my problem was with the salesperson?!?! Talk about text interpretation issues...

Listen, if you don't want my advice, don't take it, i couldn't care less...

I read all three pages, I don't see anywhere that your vehicle was in to the service department for service. Why are you telling people not to visit their service department?

The sales department is not connected to the service department from what I know. I have had my GT there for oil changes, I deal with thedalejrfan there only.

Here are my issues with the service.

#1 Parking is always an issue.
#2 Whenever I called for service, no one would pick up or return my calls. There should be a separate secretary based on the amount of volume of service you have.
#3 Technician & service advisor told me there was no issue with my car when it was making a hesitation and lurched forward dangerously when you stepped on the gas. I was told this was normal. I went to another Ford dealer and they immediately knew it was an idle air control malfunction and fixed the problem and didn't BS me it was normal.
#4 I had an out of warranty repair done and the car had to be returned three times before it was properly fixed.
#5 Service advisors(yes, more than one) talked to me condescendingly usually at every visit.

Before East Court was sold and it was a Lincoln-Mercury dealership, service was superb. I know East Court is under the same ownership as Bay Ford Lincoln was and I had really good service there.

. When I purchased my 2013 Dodge Viper, the service at Chrysler was amazingly ungoldly good. Because of my experience with service at East Court I bought my GT elsewhere and I will be buying my future Focus RS elsewhere as well.
