Dora vs Cotus

I'm trying to tracking my order on Cotus but it can't find it. According to the instructions the dealer code is formatted with an "F" then 5 numbers. On my Dora my dealer code is 41B060. Anyone have info on dealer sales codes? I'm shooting my salesman an email on this but wanted other help if possible.

Well, I've learned that my dealer code is correct. If I put in an earlier number, mine is 1233 so I put in 1230, and the dealer code with my last name and it brings up a vehicle. The numbers are not consecutive, 1230 brings up a 2015 Mustang that was delivered on 3/2/2015 and 1231 was for a 2014 Mustang delivered in late 2013. I can only guess the numbers roll over each year as new orders go in.
This leads me to believe my order is not put in yet.
