Have been through the purchase process with Knox Ford and they were excellent.

Monthly emails on progress.

With the arrival of my vehicle due next month, I'm interest to hear peoples opinions on their pre-delivery and delivery experiences.

No news from Coffey Ford Dandenong unless i have rang and asked about it or mentioned about my other car on order, and even with car being on the Parsifal as we speak still no news from Ford AU or Dealer.

Can't complain about Central Coast Ford. Ordered last Oct and they have been great with emails & phone calls. Just found out today that my salesman has moved on. Mustang due, Mid September...She's on the Parsifal now, due in Port Kembla on the 28/08/2016.

Ordered from Binks Ford Sept 2015. They have been ok only when I have inquired but unfortunately don't have allot to go buy as Ford HQ aren't helping.. Will be happy when I at least get a VIN..:frusty:

Was only notified of being on the Parsifal and given tracking info on 3/8/16 when the ship was in the Panama Canal.

We are clearly more obsessed with the process and the amount of information available than the dealers are.
