dealer closing cost?

My dealer tried to :clap2:charge $599.00 Told him I would pay MSRP, and no more. Other than tax tag title fees. First he said no, then two days later he called back and if you will close before year end you have deal. So in the morning I pick up my avalanche grey 2017!:clap2:
