DD DRL Boards

I have not measured the output but i will do that later. To be honest and this is just my opinion i like the colour lights from DD they really make these cars look great if they were brighter and had the dimming feature for the head lights on they would be great.

I also like the multicolor boards, but to be honest I never use them lol the white on them should be really brighter. Sad that now on the new boards the power output is not like "Wow, now it's bright"...

If you have ordered the DD new bright tri bar leds you should get an email that there is an issue with the drivers. I found a problem yesterday and reported it back to DD so they have issued a recall on the drivers. When the engine starts with these driver it shuts all the lights.

You should've stuck with the old ones Jhon.

Thank you for your recent purchase of Diode Dynamics 2015-2016 Ford Mustang Switchback DRL LED Boards.
I regret to inform you that we have just discovered a potential issue in some vehicles with the most recent manufacturing run of this product. Due to variations in the level of input signal voltages, some driver units may not work when the vehicle is running. As the issue is difficult to detect without installing the kit, we are replacing all driver units in order to ensure correct sequential turn signal operation.
Please do not install the LED boards you received. We will be sending you a new set of LED drivers. When you receive the new drivers, you can install them with the boards that you received. If you have already installed the boards, you will be able to simply swap the driver units to resolve any issue you are experiencing.


I know you may have waited quite some time for this product, but please be assured that replacements have already been prepared, and we will be shipping them to you next week. Once you receive the new drivers, you may dispose of the original drivers however you wish.You will receive a new order confirmation tomorrow. If your shipping information has changed, please contact us by replying to this email.
I sincerely apologize for this issue, and any inconvenience this may have caused. It is our goal to provide tested, quality products to our customers, and I am very sorry to let you down. I hope that the replacement driver reaches you quickly, and we look forward to helping you with any questions or concerns.
