And don't feel bad. I have a parking garage across from my work. On lunch I occasionally drive through to the top and back down to listen to the exhaust, LOL.

Concrete barriers on the left side are your friend. Windows down, throttle up.
I was just going to mention this and did it yesterday. Took an alternate route that has jersey barriers in the middle of the road in which I ride that lane just to hear the sound reverberate off the concrete :headbang:

Most certainly never gets old.

Yeah, my trip west took me through some great tunnels in the mountains, plus the mountain road echo itself. The MBRP systems with that H-Pipe makes some sweet music!

I was on the phone with my 19 year old nephew sunday and I was headed home from work. He loves my GT. I was dropping into a viaduct and was like HOLD ON. LISTEN TO THIS!" and put out a few beastly revs. He was so jealous. I'm jealous of his $35k truck though, so..

That's some serious dedication.

What can I say, I'm a mad man..

It's not often but if I get bored on my lunch and drove my car to work it happens... I've only done it once in the Mustang the day after I put on the S Type catback. I had too... needed to see how many alarms I could set off.

Took the car on a road trip through WV and VA and hit 2 under mountain tunnels... over passes have nothing on those!! WOT in those was deafening and due to length I got several 7k pulls and 7k engine brakes in each one.

Btw almost at 2 years with my car and downshift every overpass every day!

I've been going through those tunnels my whole life. Haven't had the mustang through there yet. We usually just play the breath holding game. Now my wife can just hold her breath when I floor it.

Ugh I need tunnels in my life. I grew up in Pittsburgh and anytime I'm up there I tell myself I'm going to just drive my car up there one time if only for the tunnels. The only echo I get here is either by accelerating next to someone else or driving under an overpass, and neither last nearly long enough. Just adds to the dullness of driving in FL.

I YEARN for tunnels.
