Dash cover areas removable or not

[MoneyPit#53]

Can anyone tell me if the highlighted areas in the pic below are a part of the dash console as a whole or are they able to be removed from the dash. Thinking about having them covered in Alcantara to match GT350 bits and it would be much easier to do such if I could get them out of the car. Thanks in advance!
