They did get me on the undercarriage protection (Ziebart), but only because I was shipping it overseas, I thought it might protect it some during shipping.

I have a 2003 BMW 325i as backup, but I will be driving the Shelby on days forecasted as a low of 40F and no precipitation.

I'm mainly concerned about how fast you can go from sleet in one village to snow in the next.

Life hack: avoid always a carwash. Here in Belgium they need to reuse the water. Yes they filter it but the salt is still in the water so your carwash to do your car good isn't helping much

Sure! I don't do it on the street but next to the garage where I'll be doing installs. Never heard about a rule against doing it on the street though. See plenty of people do it

You don't get the 3 years bumper-to-bumper and 5 years powertrain warranties?

Not that I am aware of. I can only remember the standard 2 year commercial warranty and maybe 8 year warranty against corrosion.
I'll check it later in car documents.

John, your dealer seems crap! There is an update to the AT. I have had it. Makes wonders to the way it behaves, change gears, performance, et al. Simply transform the car. If no luck, get up to Cologne and i tell you where to go!
